Jens-Sören Schröder is one of the leading names in Germany in the field of insolvency and restructuring. He has been appointed as insolvency administrator and administrator in self-administration procedures for more than two decades and has many years of experience with major nationwide proceedings.

He is also active in insolvency and restructuring consulting. Jens-Sören Schröder regularly publishes and lectures on insolvency and restructuring law.
